Findings of the Tribunal’s 2022 Hearing Experience Survey
Between May and June 2022 we conducted our third survey of patients, carers, family members and nominated persons’ experience of Tribunal hearings.
Temporary changes to some hearing processes have been extended
Pressures on the health system, including the ongoing impact of COVID-19 continues to affect Health Services' capacity to prepare for and support patients to participate in Tribunal Hearings.
